Set up a distribution list

Use a GroupWise Distribution List for NIU GroupWise to GroupWise department-specific communications. Review NIU's E-Mail Policy.

Request a Distribution List: Go to > E-Mail Services > Miscellaneous.
In the "Reason for Request" box provide both the account code for billing and specify the AccountID of the person who will be maintaining the list membership. There is a charge for GroupWise distribution lists.

Maintain a Distribution List: A Distribution List is maintained by the person identified to do this function. Use the GroupWise Windows client to make modifications to the list.

Using a Distribution List: Select the list from the GroupWise address book or type the name in the "To:" field of a new message. The message will go to all members of that list.
