MFA for Applications
All applications accessible from the internet, whether hosted on site, in the cloud, or SaaS, that contains private or restricted information (Data Classification Guidelines and Procedures) MUST have MFA enabled. System Vulnerability Scan

Vendor Assessments
All NIU vendors that store or process any NIU data must have a security assessment at least annually. If you are considering a new vendor, you should also request an assessment.
