The OnBase Team will review your readiness check and contact you to schedule a discovery meeting where we will agree on both the scope and timeline for the project. Generally, projects include:
Solution development
Testing
Required modifications
Re-testing
Training
Deployment
Ongoing support and enhancements as needed
We will ask your organization to allocate resources for:
A power user who will have a thorough understanding of the solution and can train and support other users in your organization.
A testing team who will work with the DoIT OnBase team to test the solution before it is put into production.
