Access to OnBase
For general access, a department manager can submit an access request form at it.niu.edu.
For student-record access (AFR), employees are expected to complete FERPA training prior to gaining access. Once FERPA training is completed, an access form can be submitted at it.niu.edu.
For access to approve invoices in OnBase AIR (Accounting Invoice Retrieval), please contact AccountsPayableSrvs@niu.edu via email.
